    The agents were very respectful and couteous and apologised for missing the 4 hr window due to unexpected additions to their schedule. The installaion and setup went very smoothly and quickly.

    Geek Squad's Richard solved the sound mystery

    Richard figured out why there was no sound from the Blu-ray player thru the HDMI connection, a mystery that stymied many of us in the month since the TV set up. Turns out with some systems you have to turn off the Input Signal Plus setting.

    I had a geek squad guy deliver my 55” Samsung 8500 a few weeks ago. Everything was going fine until he told me that my connector wires to my stereo speakers were not compatible with my new Samsung. I said ok can’t you go down to your truck and get the adapter and compatible wire set up and I can pay for the adapter and cable. He said I don’t have that in my truck. He told me to go back to the store and get that there. I was not happy about that because the whole reason why I payed the cost of a geek squad guy/gal to come is to set the whole thing up. I understand that people might have old equipment but don’t you think that Best Buy geek squad would have adapter’s and cables in there truck for such issues. I went back down to the store the next day explained to a sales guy my issue, had pictures of what I needed took it home set it up and the speakers did not work. Took back the adapter and cable for refund and still don’t have the stereo speakers set up. Very frustrating to say the least pay for a set up and not be completely satisfied. Waiting to hear back from Best Buy! Will keep you posted!!

    The people sent to hook up my tv's were polite and friendly. It did take another person to get my smart TV's hooked up to Wi Fi , but they were still great at what they did !

    The Geek squad was terrific I am having a little difficulty with the attena in the living room and will probably need to have someone come back (I have 12 foot ceilings)

    Technicians arrived earlier at a more convenient time. They worked quickly and thoroughly in setting up. Explanations of equipment and answers to all questions were exceptional. Marc was terrific.

    The Geek Squad Tech was very good. Pre-visit communication was timely and via the preferred contact method. On-site the tech was professional and polite, arriving on time and staying focused on the requested task. The tech also answered any questions we had and explained the operation of the wall-mount well.

    From a 60" Sony to 75" Sony TV

    I went from a 60" to a 75" Sony TV and "Love It" After viewing side by side pictures on the TV's and researching on which one to get I went with the one down from the OLED. I love the bigger screen and can't any tell any difference in the awesome picture and color quality from OLED at a lower price!

    Geek squad replaced previous defective tv under warranty. Did very good job, as usual. Am keeping my fingers crossed that no problems arise with the newest one.

    Don’t know what the point of this service is. The man, who delivered the tv and was gonna “set it up” barely knew anything about the tv, and couldn’t even set the tv on the tv stand, himself. I had to intervene. Definitely not worth price. Save the hassle, and money, and set up the tv yourself

    I've never used the Geek Squad. I needed help handling the large 4k UHD 65" TV to get in place safely. Then they installed it, set it up in the menus and remotes, 2nd remote for Smart TV. Patiently and explaining and answering my questions along the way. Glad I used the Geek Squad. Very impressed!

    The two Geek Squad representatives were very professional and knowledgeable. They set the tv, explained how to use and made a suggestion on how to boost my wi-fi. They cleaned up and removed the boxing material upon leaving. This was the 2nd time that they had been to my house and I would highly recommend them!

    Geek Squad Service was awesome! Hooked up the tv, DVD player, sound bar and our cable tv box and showed me how to use the plethora of remotes! Even took away the boatload of boxes! I would recommend Geek Squad service to my friends.

    The squad reconfirmed connections on my new 55" flat screen TV with the new Echo Dot and my existing TV and audio equipment. On time, efficient, informative and very helpful.
