    The agents were excellent. I think it was Jennifer F that did the majority of the hook-up. I was extremely pleased with her and her partner's work.

    The installers did a great job setting up the TV and wall mount. I had hoped they would set up my interface to various web services and the iPhone but I mostly got the rest of the setup done okay. I am going to see if the Geek Squad can help me with the web services and iPhone connection.

    Dissatisfied when delivery/install was cancelled

    My new Samsung television and sound bar, purchased 3 weeks ago and scheduled for delivery and installation TODAY was abruptly cancelled (both the delivery and the installation) just 2 hours before they were supposed to come. I called to find out why this happened. I was repeatedly put on hold, then after approximately 15 minutes of waiting, the call was dropped. I then went to the Best Buy store where I purchased them, and the salesman could not answer questions as to why this happened. He sent in a request, and said someone would contact me later in the day. 4 hours later, a person from BB called and said they were "working on it" but could not give me any reason why my delivery and installation was abruptly cancelled today. To say that I am befuddled, confused, frustrated, is beyond explanation at this point. We had been waiting for this delivery and installation for weeks. At BB, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I am now believing I am going to have to wait even longer for something that should not have happened.

    The agent sorted out my cable and devices (which were a mess) and walked me though how to use the device and to switch over to DVD or APPS, and was very thorough. Well worth the cost

    WOW! Gotta love this service! Worth every penny! Came as scheduled, took the old TV and all of the packing for the new TV. Set up for YouTubeTV and explained clearly how everything works!

    Service was excellent although if I were rating the ease of getting it scheduled ( 30 minutes on hold on phone before hanging up, 45 minutes more back and forth with chat to set up time), would only get a single star.service great, schefuling.

    Yes, it is easy to do it yourself, but with it being delivered, it was well worth the purchase to have the install done. In and out, everything looks great, and no big box to have to dispose of. Very happy.

    Purchased a new larger screen television for a Christmas gift for us, when it was delivered it would not sit on the current stand we had. We decided to have it wall mounted they mounted it centered width and height on the wall. Looks great very happy with it.

    The geek crew assembled the TV stand, mounted the 55" Sony on it, connected the Blue Ray player and Denon amp to the new Sony and every worked the FIRST time when turned on!!!! The crew did a great job and also tutored us on how every thing worked. Fantastic!

    Technicians did a very satisfactory job of set up with new television, also recommended new surge protector - explained how previous one was no longer providing surge protection. Did not try to upsell any additional equipment, and explained functions of television and remote. They were very polite.

    The Installer contacted me the day before to confirm the appointment, as well as the day of...well within the four-hour appointment window. He also followed up with me to ensure all was good to go. I have never experienced that kind of attention to the customer experience. Great service!

    The Geek Squad had to come back out to deliver my mom's TV after a third party came very late, was unable to hook it up properly and was useless. The Geek Squad was prompt, conscientious of pandemic, professional and courteous to my 81 year old mom.

    This is my second time using the setup team. I was thinking that I would get the same crew members but I was sent a very nice crew this time as well. I would say these guys did a quick but very good job. Setup was on time. It didn't take them long at all. Customer service was on point.
