The set was installed in a senior living facility for my step-father. I was not able to be there when it was delivered. The young man stayed in contact with me and did a wonderful, thoughtful job. He even contacted me when he had finished to let me know all went well.

The reps were very professional, installed my tv and connected to all devices. Then made sure I knew how to work it.

The Agents connected my CD player, cable box the receiver I had, had a short in it. They actually went to the store and brought back a new receiver and completed the set up for me

Agents reviewed connection and identified the problem, correcting it by moving the TV connection from the wall socket to the power strip.

The 2 32" TV that I brought home with me were set up to my satisfaction and my questions were answered. However, I was supposed to have my 43" TV delivered and set up. I was told the truck was delayed and TV was not available. I did not receive the $3" for another 12 days.

I bought a new 55" smart TV with a sound bar. I wanted the Geek Squad to set up the system to make sure everything worked properly given it was going to be used in a rental property. After a mixup on the delivery of the equipment, the tech showed up the next day along with his manager and got everything set up. When it appeared that the sound bar was not properly synced with the picture, they came back and fine tuned the system

Conner was courteous, helpful, knowledgable, (Sp?), and was so nice and patient! I would love to have him for every service visit we have for all our appliances! He took our old TV which weighs a ton away for us. What a lovely experience! Give him a big bonus!!

The agent arrived promptly and resolved my issue very quickly. He then spent time making some tweaks and adjustments to the system to make it more kid friendly for my family.

Geek Squad hooked up my new receiver that's connected to my TV. They installed my new Blue-ray player. The also hooked up new computer speakers. Both jobs had some problems they had to overcome and the effort they put in to solve them was superb.

Agent connected t.v. And sound bar but gave very little instruction for us to duplicate his procedure. We still struggle to use many application this t.v. Has designed into it.

Very satisfied with the Geek Squad agents service. They were knowledgeable and answered any questions we had during set up.

The workers were great. Everything took about a half hour. Setup went great.

The Geek Squad delivered and installed a 55" Sony OLED and helped me with questions I had about the sound system I had previously purchased. The agent was very helpful and removed the old TV. Well worth the extra money.

Setup our new Neo QLED that replaced our 46" Samsung and were in & out in less than 30 minutes. They seemed to be in a big hurry was our only negative, but they did a good job unpacking and setup where the old one was.
