The Geek Squad unboxed, set up, and connected my new LG 65" OLED TV and LG Soundbar, showed me the basics, and answered a few questions and I am very happy with the results and glad I did not elect to do it myself.

My TV was delivered and set up by a third-party vendor. After 2-3 days, I started having connectivity issues. So I asked for a follow up visit to see what was wrong. Again, it was a third-party vendor. They corrected the connectivity issues, but turning on the TV involved using 2 remotes. So I thought I would check to make sure my DVD and Blue - Ray players worked and they did not. I went back to Best Buy and expressed my concerns, and they were very helpful. I requested not to have the Third-party come back, but a Geek Squad rep. They assigned me A Geek Squad rep, who I know set up other TV's for us. He was here today, reconfigured everything and has everything working. He also told me what he did and took the time to explain how to use the new configuration for the TV's, DVD and Blue-ray. My 2 star rating is because it took 3 visits to get my new TV set up properly. My Geek Squad rep gave me his card, told me to contact him if there is any questions or issues. The Third-party vendor told me to call Best Buy if something wasn't right

The Geek Squad guys who delivered and set up my TV were fantastic. They were super careful, very friendly, and very patient with fine-tuning the set-up, coordinating the remotes, etc. It was just a great experience.

Tech personnel installed TV, sound system and hooked up everything else perfectly. Great people to work with. Will continue to use Geek Squad as they have experience and ingelligence to do an excellent job.

Shaq & Ernie were very professional! They installed the tv in no time at all! They were also very accommodating with my request to place the old tv in the other bedroom. As a service, geek squad is very commendable. Cheaper than what other companies charge for installation & haul away, too!!!

The agents setup my tv and connected it to the available WiFi network and devices. It was best and clean when they completed the installation.

Installation felt rushed. No written instructions provided for us to follow to connect to streaming and find apps on the tv. So much info was given so quickly that while i thought i understood at the time, later it all became mixed up and we ended up unable to connect my tv to streaming, only to later discover that we needed a roku or other supplemental device in order to connect streaming to tv. Had the installers not been so rushed, i believe they would have been able to take the time to contact our streaming service and give more exact guidance on what exactly needed to be done. Instead it took an entire week and numerous calls before we could even use the tv, after waiting 3+ weeks just to have the tv delivered.

The agent set up my TV and make sure I understood how to operate my remote. He was also very patient with me.

The "Squad" assembled and setup our new Samsung 65" TV, and they removed our old (and very heavy) 58" Plasma tv. We love the new tv and I did not have to hurt myself trying to lift and remove the old tv.

The agents set up the TV, TV remote, and soundbar to work seamlessly with my streaming TV service. Very helpful, and even called back to make sure everything was OK. I purchased Best Buy's Total Technology Support Service, and they have been very helpful

The Geek squad arrived at the scheduled time. They introduced themselves and immediately went into action. I was amazed at how quickly they had it all installed...less than 45 minutes. They went over the TV, the channel selector and boy was it an easy set up for me to purchase. I recommend them to all!

Geek Squad delivered and set up my 65-inch Samsung. They were fast and knowledgeable and went through the various operations with me to be sure I understood how to use dvd, Roku, soundbar, headphones, and other equipment.
