Came on time, set all the controls, set up my streaming service apps and showed how to use the remote.

The two-man team was on-time, thoroughly professional, very considerate, congenial , knew what they were doing and explained how to work the tv and remote in words this non-tech could understand. I would definitely recommend the Geek Squad !

Derek Peterson was exception. He solved a problem with the need for a smaller brace for the curved cove where TV was to extend out from. He was very professional, customer service was excellent and he helped this senior with the new technology. So very thankful and grateful. Bless him.

The "GeeK" squad is very efficient and friendly. They set up my TV and answered all of my questions. Second TV they have set up for me I am 74 and not electronically (hookup) knowlegeable It was a relief to have everything set up correctly and expertly Very happy with service

Polite. On time. Got the job done. My only complaint is that, in an effort to try and make things look as neat and tidy as possible, the installers used some extremely thick plastic cable ties to bind the power cable and HDMI cables together. And they made it really tight, too. So I worry that could lead to cable damage if I ever need to cut the ties to upgrade the HDMI cable. But otherwise was good overall.

The Geek Squad arrived on time and were very efficient .....in and out in a short time. However, adding an appointment online after the purchase was difficult and frustrating. Customer service via phone was even more frustrating.

The Geek Squad service was provided by a business that was provided through Best Buy. The appointment and service were met with accuracy, and courteous professionalism.

The tv installed was installed onto a mount best buy had previously installed 2 years ago. It was a quick install and hook-up. Did a very good job.

The technicians arrived on time and ensured everything was working before they left.

Technician was good at installation however did not fully explain all the features of the set and how to use them - was a little disappointed in the service -
