The agents removed the old tv and installed and connected the new tv.

The fellows who came out to set up the tv were great. They were very professional and did an excellent job.

The agents were friendly and knew how to do their job. My problem is that they went through the sit up so fast that I really don't know how to find and do some of the things they did, like turn on and use the blue ray system, find the source settings in order to switch to my outdoor antenna, how to utilize the 4K feature.

Fellows were ver nice. Answered all my question in a way I could understand.

I have hired Geek Squad Service for Home Theater/Speakers installations. Since I have already finished basement I was little skeptical about it... the service people from Geek squad did a wonderful job without damaging the drywall installed them...

The Geek Squad agents activated my LG "C3" new tv and set it up. The screen image is very decent, but not as good as the "C9" model, e.g. image sharpness, depth of color, etc.

The agents set up the TV and sound bar. Connected my wifi and then added all the apps I use to include setting passwords.

The tech was quick and efficient removing the old (no longer working) LG TV and hooking up my new Samsung. It sits in a built in space, so maneuvering properly is everything.

The installer was great and really knew what he was doing. He explained everything to us and was very professional.. If we buy anything in the future we would like him to install.
