The Geek Squad set up the tv and connected to Xfinity. The TV was to large to place on the dresser the previous one was on and we didn't have a wall mount. Our son mounted it later. The also took away our old tv that no long worked.

The Geek Squad set up my TV and Bose Sound Bar. It took some troubleshooting but the problems were solved and service rendered.

The 2 guys did an amazing job!! They hid the cords, set up tv and show me how how to use the smart remote. Will be getting a 2nd one for my bedroom. Thank you!! Well worth the money

very professional i was a bit nervous when they were unboxing the tv and attached the desk top stand but thats just me and my anxiety lol. they did an excellent job that i wouldn't have been able to do by myself.

The agents came in and set the tv up, hooked up all the sound equipment, etc. they made sure everything was working and that we knew how to work everything before they left. Great job. Always easier to have them come hook it all up and it’s done right.

The technicians were helpful except they showed us how to use our external DVR but we still can't get it to work we need more help old folks who are technically inept LOL Charlotte Bascom

It was great, they delivered the TV, and set it up. They got everything to work, showed me and my family how to get around on the different parts of the TV, like Netflex, etc. Very happy with the out come.

Technicians were efficient, timely and courteous during setup

I had thought that because my new tv is a 40" 4K Smart TV, I needed them to come set it up when I got it delivered. I really didn't need that service as there's wasn't much that they did that I would have easily figured out myself. The two guys that came by were pleasant and knowledgeable though! Nothing against them, just could have saved myself over $100. If you do choose to get the service, it is good service.

Excellent quality and care by the technician. He also made sure I had no additional questions or concerns before leaving.

My tech was extremely helpful with my setup. He did my setup including showing me how to download additional streaming apps. He arrived on time and completed everything in just under an hour, which is better than I expected.

Never had this service before but now in our seventies we needed help. The guy who came out to us we super friendly, easy to get on with and answered all our silly questions. He set everything up for us putting in password etc. Would not hesitate to use Geek squad again.

The team of two guys and their manager were great. The time took two hours but it was well worth it. The explanation of the clickers and functions and operations of the Sony TV and receiver were fine. Explanations were kept simple and understandable. The patience of the staff was great.

The Geek Squad agents were very friendly and efficient. They successfully improved my home wifi, as well as finishing installing my televisions. They were also able to answer my questions about using Alexa and the various remotes.
