Installation was prompt, efficient and tech was knowledgeable and courteous.

The TV was unpacked and set up efficiently. However, my DVD was not connected. He said I didn't have the proper cable. I would think that he should have had a supply of cables from which he could select one and complete the hook up. I did not get the full service I paid for.

Geek Squad ROCKS!! 4 televisions installed all needing a firestick to work in my new "smart house" lol. Geek Squad hooked everything up connected to my wifi and I am good to go.

The agent connected everything to all devices and told me how things worked. I have been somewhat confused on a few things and did have to call for help a week later. I think that is my problem I am not good with new devices.

The Squad member installed my TV and connected everything, making sure I could operate the correct remotes when needed. He was very clean, on time, called when he was on his way, and did an overall great job.

The Geek Squad arrived on time and spent time setting up new tv, explaining what they were doing, and answering any concerns we had.

The technician reported on time as scheduled. The installation was completed in a timely manner and he explained the features so I could access immediately.

My set up was simple however some of the small details would have been frustrating.

The technicians set up my tv fully and took the time to show me step by step how it worked, answered all my questions and concerns.

The folks at Geek Squad are incredibly professional and highly knowledgeable. They not only did an excellent job installing our Samsung 65" Curve UHD TV with supporting soundbar, but they also took the time to explain all of the options and features! Geek Squad is our first and only choice.

The technician installed my TWO TVs and stayed for almost an hour while I worked with Direct TV to set up the receivers. He was patient and clearly explained all of the bells and whistles on my new TVs. He's my rock star!
