Great Agents who did an incredible job hanging two TV's. Really professional and meticulous in hanging straight/symmetrically.

The agents mounted our tv, but we needed added components and needed to call them back. They didn’t know too much about the product. The second agent which we had to wait a while for did know more about the tv, and completed the job.

The Geek Squad from Riverbank did a great job. The previous sub contractor sent by Best Buy had damaged my TV. The Geek Squad Team was excellent. I will never accept anyone who is not an employee of the Geek Squad again.

Guys did a great job, fast and free take away of old set a big bonus. Connected all my other systems with the TV including new sound bar, DVD player and Roku.

The young men who delivered and set up my tv were excellent. They were knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. I would recommend them. The three stars are because of policy and lack of communication among staff members. Bb advertises free delivery but then charges 149.99 to unbox and set up. While discussing this charge (with 2 different associates And the manager) they assured me that moving my older tv to a different room was included in the 149.99. However, upon delivery I was told that there was ANOTHER charge of $25.00 to move the old tv, which I paid over protest. I was caught between a rock and a hard place so had to do it. These charges should be BOLDLY displayed, and there should be communication and consistency between staff members. I'm still a bit miffed about this. Especially when Costco offers unboxing and set up for $19.99 plus a five year warranty.

The guys did excellent job .very courteous and on time . Got the job done quickly were in and out cleaning up everything. Highly recommended service to everyone.

The agents hooked up my mother's TV. They were so wonderful and knowledgeable. They made my mother who is 95 and an invalid so happy. Thank you. They were great.

The Geek squad agents connected my new TV to my existing sound system and explained what I needed to do to be able to connect audio from my sound system to internet viewing. They provided me with outstanding service

The TV was an older model, 55", whereas the current products were all 65" Geek squad was on time, did good job and left. We have not neded them since. They showed us how everything worked, were polite and seemed to know what they were doing.
