Best buy installed my tv adjusted all my settings per my request clean and professional service

They came in and set everything up for me. Showed me how the Remote worked. Removed old TV and took all boxes, cleaned everything up.

The Geek Squad agents were very good at setting up the TV as well as all the additional things we had such as sound system. They were patient and made sure everything was set up as well as setting up short cuts to access netflix, HBO, showtime etc that we had never used before.

Very complicated set up which required a second DVD player, as Blu-Ray not compatible for a karaoke. There was a gadget required, very arcane and not carried by Best Buy, which he identified which made the whole home entertainment center work with the 75" QLED TV.

Ken did the TV set up and Andre' was the on line consultant. Both were polite, friendly and expert in what they did. The service offered connection and syncing of our home service and current devices to our new smart TV. In our opinion, The service was a value for what our family received.

The agents set up my TV and made sure everything was working correctly! Even though it was a small TV, they still took the time to "do it right."

This service was well worth the money. My 55" Sony 4K HDR HDMI TV was mounted and hooked up in less than one hour. Two guys showed up to work on installation. It definitely saved me the hassle of trying to mount it and hook it up all by myself.

Best Buy Member set up our Samsung TV without any difficulty and answered all our questions. In addition, even days after the installation of our new TV, they continued to assist us

When replacing my 55" TV with a 65" TV, the Geeks came in and completed the install, set up the new TV with all my connected devices and apps, and took away all the trash. I could never have done this myself which is why I always use the Geek squad.

Geek squad tech was very friendly. He came in and within a short time our TV and blue tooth speakers were synced! I would definitely use Geek Squad again.

The installers were so quick and knowledgeable in setting up the new tv and connecting it to various accessories such as a wireless speaker and an old dvd/vcr player. They also took away for recycling our old, heavy tv. Wonderful installers!

I had a complete 4K system with blue ray smart player, surround sound receiver, cable box and 70" smart tv. They helped me set up the system and recommended I purchase a smart remote to access the entire system with 1 remote. I did and am very happy with the results.
