Geek Squad guys were great. Set the TV up and synced to Uverse, hooked all my electronics to the TV quickly and efficiently. Walked me through how to use the capabilities of the TV. Cleaned up all the wrapping and boxes and took with. This setup was an excellent buy!

Supply chain issues delayed delivery but we are very happy with the quality of this machine. As always, Geek Squad was very helpful setting it up and explaining functions to us baby boomers

The agent was extremely thorough with his explanation of how the television worked with the DVR. He set up the remotes with our DirecTV setup so we have no problems. The TV is much brighter and clearer than our old one.

Geek Squad installed the TV, hooked up the cable and sound bar, and gave some basic, helpful instructions. It would have been great if they could have eliminated the need for a 2nd remote, but the Roku apparently does not allow for that. And additional TV set up was not available because either a cable box or Roku stick are needed. Lots of open questions.

Geek Squad delivered and hooked up all my components. Cleaned up all the packing took it with them. Made sure I was happy with everything before they left. Very respectful and courteous.

I had the Geek Squad stop by and set up my 4K Sony Bravia and these guys did an outstanding job. Everything from assembling my TV to explaining certain features along with the set up was spot on amazing. Very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly.

They set up my TV and did an excellent job also took the time to explain many things I could watch and how streaming works.

The agents that came to install my television were very knowledgeable. They explained how to use the television and connect to streaming services and also connected an old vcr-dvd player for me.

The Geek Squad techs who came were very friendly, efficient, courteous and very, very knowledgeable. I'm sorry I didn't get their names, but they were really good nonetheless. As for the service they were allowed to provide, that was somewhat lacking and almost comical. For example, they couldn't plug the cable to my soundbar and woofer (also Best Buy purchases) into the proper HDMI port.... that would be an additional $50. The service didn't include setting up any TV functions or adjustments like brightness, color, etc... only setting the TV on the cabinet and plugging it in. They turned it on and registered it, etc, but that was it. Had I known this to be the case, I wouldn't have gotten Geek Squad for this. I did the set up and soundbar set up after the guys left. The techs = 5☆. The value of the TVset up = 3☆.

The two technicians were extremely helpful and kind. Had answers to all of my questions and they both went above and beyond for me.

They were in and out quickly. They explained what changes had happened and what they could not do due to those changes

Installed TV quickly but discovered we had to order a new wall mount because it wouldn't handle this size TV. It came the next day when I ordered it from Bestbuy, but Geek Squad guy couldn't return until the next week and now its mounted and working.

Mia was the woman who helped me set up my new Apple Watch in the Nampa Idaho Best Buy. She was very knowledgeable and patient while teaching me how to use my new watch. Congratulations on having such a stellar employee!

good job but could not hook up the WII or VHS was disappointed on that. Also disappointed they charged extra to hook up the remote I bought from them when they where there to hook up stuff already. Still would recommend but tell them to make sure they ask what all they will be charged and for what because our $400.00 tv cost us almost as much as the tv did 10yrs ago for the tv alone.

Geek squad team was awesome. Made quick work of wall mount for my TV and paid attention to Beth details. Would highly recommend.

The Geek Squad tech was extremely knowledgeable and spent the time necessary to make initial pre-sets to the TV. He also explained all we needed to know about operating the TV in a quite comprehensive manner. Have them deliver, install, and set up. You'll run into very few headaches.
