This ironically was Shawn's second time to my home to install a flat mount tv (due to metal studs, pivoting one isn't an option). He was his usual professional self and even remembered I'd had a medical procedure, asked about it and didn't leave until he was sure I was all set.

The gentleman was very thorough and explained everything in detail so I could get it the first time. it worked great since he installed it. saved me a lot of time and frustration.

Geek squad showed up on time, unpacked the TV, placed it on the stand, connected it to the network and configured it to work with existing components. They even configured my cable remote to work with the TV. They were in and out very fast and cleaned up. Everything worked. great.

The geek squad delivered, installed and set up my new 65 in TCL Roku tv. They went over all instructions and answered many questions. After they left I called them with another question. They were happy to help. Impressed with their care for their customers.

They arrived on time but were not able to complete everything. We were told that they would clean up all the wires behind the components. When I asked if they were going to do this, they said that they weren’t booked enough time to do that. Also, the outside speakers were not hooked up. We were told that the receiver that we purchased would be able to have a zone 2 for the outside speakers to play music while watching a show inside. The installers said that that couldn’t be done with the receiver we were sold...only 2 of the 4 would work, or create a zone 3 that may not match what was playing on zone 2!!?? Turned out we do need some new wiring to 2 of the speakers so we will have to wait to get the 4 speakers hooked up. I just didn’t like being promised what couldn’t be delivered. Still in the process for a possible change in receivers to do what we need. At $799, I would expect it to be able to do the 2 zones.

Geek Squad was very friendly and helpful. Tv set-up was more complicated than I expected. They installed and set up my tv very quickly. It would have taken me a lot longer.

The third party installers removed our old TV and hooked up the new TV with sound bar. They had to find the codes for our cable remote and sound bar to be able to get everything to work properly. They did a great job.

Technicians are at Geek Squad are very knowlegeble and quick for setting up my TV.

New tv, amplifier, subwoofer, and harmony programing was great. Answered all my questins as well.
