The agents mounted my Tv and were very professional and connected my devices and schooled me on the use of all my apps

I was very happy with the installation of my Whirlpool refrigerator and also with the installation of my GE Microwave. The crew cleaned up the mess and took the boxes with them. and also the old appliances.

The Geek that came to install our TV and sound bar was awesome. I am sorry I can't remember his name. He was very thorough and talked in laymen terms when explaining all of the new technology we were having installed making it easy for us to know how to operate our new system.

If you buy a TV from BB, this is worth it. It is obvious that the staff is well-trained in their products. I am an IT and A/V guy by profession and while I didn't need the physical connection part of this, the tips they had about the specific model of TV were quite helpful.

I believe it was Brad who delivered my new TV, hooked it up, hooked up my new Blu Ray DVD player after determining my old JVC DVD player had died, helped me with my Kindle & carried away the old DVD player. He was just great.

Agent hooked up my t.v. and hooked up DVD player. He had one in his van as my old one would not work with the new t.v. That was a big plus. Having extra items that may be needed!! Daniel was very pleasant and said to call if I needed anything else.

The installer called to see if he could arrive early, which was really appreciated. He arrived, was very pleasant, explained what he was doing, asked where I wanted the existing TV moved to, finished up and was gone. It was refreshingly pleasant.
