The Agents were able to fit me in before the scheduled window of 5:30, which was great for me. They installed the TV quickly and explained how to use the remote. I have comcast cable with several additional services. Good experience.

The agent (Derrick) set up our 65” Sony TV with sound bar and subwoofer. The agent was excellent at unpacking, setup, programming all components, instructions on use and cleanup. Could not have asked for a better agent.

The Geek Squad consisted of a personable male and female combo. They respected our home by meticulously installing the 65” TV stand and carefully explained to our family the does and don’ts of operating the TV, new programming, and new remote control.

Our geek carried the 55in TV up three flights of stairs, put it where we wanted it, on its feet, packed up the trash, coordinated surround sound, Roku, amazon, YouTube, Netflix u till we were happy. Carried the trash down three flights of stairs and took everything with him.

The installer from Best Buy was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything very well.

Arrived as scheduled, had already assembled my TV stand prior to arriving, got everything set up efficienty, did an excellent job managing and hiding wires and getting all my equipment to work with my universal remote and wifi. highly recommend this add on feature for the value!

GREEK SQUAD IS AWESOME, THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS

Having purchased two Sony 55" televisions previously, I gave one to my mother. So, when I wanted a replacement, I went with the 65" Sony 4K. With the Geek Squad setup, the television has been everything that I wanted and expected - great picture and all.
