Best Buy Technicians are suppose to come to my homw to see why my new television keeps going out and needs to be reset every two to three days.

The agents did an excellent job in meeting my needs. Any questions I had, they were exceptionally professional in answering my questions. Also, they were exceptionally patient. I would highly recommend them.

Original TV had a power fault and I called customer service to get it taken care of. They ordered a new TV and arranged for delivery and installation of the new set.

The website was so confusing ordering the three TVs installed that I ended up double ordering. The first subcontractor show up and did the work and the following day I got a call that another Geek squad technician was coming to do the installation. I told him it had already been done. When I tried to get it resolved in the store, they told me that they too had to use the same toll free number I had. When I called they told me they had to wait for the second technician to close the order before reimbursement. After a week no reimbursement showed up, I then visited the retail office and they apologized, but again could only call that same toll number. I also had gotten text messages about the two technician visits and when I responded the auto response provided no proper response. I then went to my Visa credit card company and disputed the charge which is still in process and I did receive a credit for the second work order not performed. What surprised me the most is that the local retail office does not supervise or control these technicians, and instead uses the same toll free number to deploy Geek Squad.

Replaced 70 in tv that failed excellent customer service and geek squad was excellent also. Thanks

The Geek Squad agent was thorough, friendly and patient with my several questions. He provided recommendations for my setup, based on my questions to him. Your Geek Squad folks are incredibly knowledgeable!

Matthew, the geek squad tech, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He installed and programmed the television and remote very quickly and hauled away the old television. I was very satisfied with his work and would recommend him highly to anyone.

The agents set up my TV and removed the old Sony Trinitron, That alone was worth the cost.

The tech’s installed my new 65” tv and connected the sound bar and DVD player. They removed my old tv and all the packing materials and left my family room clean

The agent set up the Samsung tv and walked through all of the accessibility features of the unit. He was patient and helpful.

Tech came during appt. window. Was knowledgeable and was finished in about 2 + hours. Showed us all of the features and how to use our new TV (sounds funny but this baby is connected to our Wi Fi and has features we were not even aware of). All in all a good experience.

On time and in and out in about 15 minutes. All systems go. Nothing short of perfect in my opinion
