I love my new HD Samsung 43” TV so much I went out and bought a second one. I had the Geek Squad install it for me and it was entirely hassle free. I would recommend service for sure. Especially because I don’t know anything about smart TVs and how to hook them up.

The agents install my tv with little or no problems. Unfortunately my WiFi was no up to par. I was advise to get better reception. It was very good advice.

Geek squad installed my TV and soundbar quickly. Set up everything and showed us how to use all the new features.

The TV geek squad were fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. The one technician pointed out that with this new 4K, HD TV, we would NOT be able to use our old DVD/VHS player as it was not compatible with the new TV.

The whole experience was done smoothly and efficiently-Jesus knew what he was doing and handled everything perfectly. Within a half hour , the new television was connected to my new DVD and it was up and running. Jesus left my place without a speck of packing. GREAT JOB!

Carefully handled and mounted the television onto my new console, which they assembled. All connections were made. Television functions were checked.
