    The installation of our 55" curved screen TV was excellent; attention to detail, and overall end results was amazing. Time was spent after all installation was completed, to go over operation of our Harmony remote and the operation of all equipment included in the setup.

    The agents connected TV completely, and explained with patients required just how to operate. They did not leave without a thorough lesson. Very nice men and very thorough.

    The Geek guys delivered my 75" Samsung TV to my home. Had it unboxed and set up in less than an hour. They showed me how to use the remote and downloaded some applications I needed. Great Joy Guys!

    The technician was observant of COVID-19 precautions, very thorough and his service and explained each step so that I could understand what he was doing. He also tested every device in my home and answered all my questions.

    The Geek Squad rep was fantastic !!! We have a 75" Samsung TV with Definitive speaker system. He set it all up and explained to us how to operate everything thru our receiver. Easy to follow instructions. We were very pleased.

    Valentina & her associate did a great job in setting up our new Samsung 75 inch QLED TV in our family room. They were very helpful in getting our Roku device set up.

    New TV is great! “Haul away” service (paid up-front) was not done when the new TV was delivered; it was re-scheduled but I was called by deliverer that it was a tube TV - too heavy to hail-away (I told BB all about it when it was re-scheduled); so, it was re-scheduled again but I was called & told that whoever re-scheduled this mistakenly scheduled a repair crew; so, it had to be re-scheduled yet again for today; the person coming called me & said he was by himself; so, he needed to find someone to help him with it (again, it was communicated to be a very heavy TV & needed 2 people); another person did come to help him & they hauled it away (finally, though it was the 4th time scheduled)!

    The two young men did a fine professional job mounting my 55" Sony tv to my wall. Their expertise made this a routine job for them. they cleaned up whatever packaging was included and neatly boxed my old TV in the carton the new TV came in. I was very pleased

    The Geek Squad did not install my T.V. It was an independent installer, and basically he just unplugged the old T.V. and plugged in the new T.V. He didn't explain anything about the remote and features. He then left; it took him about 10 minutes. I asked him a couple questions concerning features I was unfamiliar with, and he told me he was getting paid to just disconnect the old T.V. & hook up the new T.V. After I get the new T.V. paid off, I need to get a Universal remote (Henry showed me them), and told me to let you know I was not satisfied with the installation. However the T.V. is great! I will definitely request the Geek Squad to deliver the remote and help me with questions I still have. They have always been great with me in the past.

    Geek Squad agent was very professional and polite and answered my many questions as he was setting up the tv. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the new tv was a Google TV and he couldn't help me with any of that setup because that wasn't part of the install.

    I was absolutely amazed at how quick and easy you delivered, installed my new TV, and removed my old one. As a senior there was no other way I could purchase a new TV. Your female tech was alone and had no problem installing the TV on the wall.

    Guys were great with the setup and showing us how to operate the new TV. Let me know that Comcast had us using an inferior cable box, picture is great. They went above and beyond to help us with our new TV.

    This was actual a 49" monitor. I'm 82 with bad knees. The best buy guys came in and did everything that could be asked of them.
