I’m a dyi guy but I decided to get the geek squad to deliver and install our new 65 inch TV. They were very professional and helpful making the whole process more efficient and enjoyable than if I had done it myself. I highly recommended it.

I am visually impaired- paid extra for tv setup- 1st guys did nothing- waited a week, 2nd guy was helpful but sound is still out of balance and I cant see to adjust it

Can’t really rate them…on July 8 I scheduled this service for July 28. On afternoon of July 27 got a text telling me it was time to schedule the service. I had to go online and find out that “due to unforeseen circumstances” my appointment the next day was cancelled and I had to re-schedule it. Their next available time that was 3 weeks later…I’m hoping they will actually come out and do the job I paid them to do six weeks earlier.

The guys that set up the tv where very knowledgeable. Very courteous and did not rush helping me learn the system.

Service set up was done on time and observing COVID protocol. Asked and showed us how to set up our menus and other options on my television purchase. Even offered to move my old television to another room.

The agent arrived within the time previously discussed. She called when she was 5 minutes away. Installed the new tv, made all the connections and showed me how to operate.

Excellent! Showed up exactly when scheduled, were courteous and helpful to somewhat technology-challenged clients. Completed set-up quickly and removed old TV. Great job.

I was happy with the setup by the geek squad. Happy with the tv. The volume varies from channel to channel is my only complaint. Picture is good.
