Tech was on time, experienced, and professional... Was able to disconnect existing wiring and cable line with very little effort..Removed old TV from cabinet with ease..

The installation took a little more time than they expected. But the young men were considerate,and helpful. And made sure everything was working correctly as well as I understood how to use everything.

The agent’s installed the TV installed the TV and set it up so it was ready to watch in less than 30 minutes . They were great!

I had Geek Squad deliver and set up my new TV. The set up was quick but allowed time for my questions.The Geek Squad Associate helped me make some connection choices that I wasn't aware of. The service seemed professional yet personalized. Well worth the cost.

My husband and I are not tech savvy. The agent made sure we were connected to cable had our apps functioning and had our DVD player hooked up. He patiently explained how to get everything working. It was worth every penny to avoid the do it yourself aggregation.

Purchased a Vizio tv to fit into a cabinet along with a sound bar. Geek squad installed the tv and sound bar. Anthony and Aaron know their electronics! They were patient in Explaining the features of the tv and remote.

The installation was quicker than expected and the delivery was on time. Would have liked to have had the old tv removed without a charge, but I guess $20.00 didn't break me. Hope if have problems I can write the same thing.

These guys were awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful They helped set up and condense our remotes. Helped set up TV in another room. Answered all of our questions. We wanted to tip but they didn't take it. I think that's a weird policy.
