I am so glad I paid for the geek squad to deliver my new 55 inch Sony tv. They brought it in, took away the old one, set up the new one, programmed everything, then gave me a short lesson. I sat back and told them if it needed to be shifted to the left or right. Yay!

The setup went well. The people doing the setup were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained stuff in a way that was easy to understand and follow. I haven't had any issues with the TV since and don't anticipate to have any, any time soon.

The Geek Squad team member who came out to install and set up my new LG OLED TV was a top notch professional. Punctual, prepared and very professional, while being extremely friendly. Very pleasant experience that I would recommend to anyone. Thanks Tom.

Best Buy will be installing my new TV, soundbar and stand on December 15. They are always very good.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job setting-up my 48" TV that I purchased at Best Buy.

They were on time, connected my appliances, reviewed the set up, supper nice , was careful taking the appliances upstairs, respectful of my home

Agent installed my TV over fireplace perfectly and patiently explained all the bells and whistles of the TV and answered all our questions. Saved us a lot of time with trial and error.

Came out and set everything up made sure surround sound system was hooked up right programed remote showed me all functions guy was great and on a Sunday just in time for football.

The installers were very good and setup the TV in a short period of time. They gave us instructions on how to use the TV and set everything up that we needed to know.

Agents setup and hauled away old TV. Made sure I was comfortable with everything. Awesome guys.

The 2 Best Buy Geek Squad members did a fantastic job installing & setting up my daughter's 65" Samsung TV. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad for all your electronic needs.

The agents were excellent and knowledgeable about all equipment i purchased and items arrived on time and were in perfect condition. They stayed until i was satisfied and understood my items. They were friendly and did not hurry through.

Did everything from unpack to install themselves. They even disposed the cover in the garage. Sweet

The geek squad delivered and set up my new 75 inch TV and connected everything with my surround sound system and other audio equipment and explains it all to me--whereas the warehouse self pick up would not come close to their great service.

Geek Squad was awesome. Called and let me know when they were coming, they were on-time. Very pleasant and helpful in setting up the TV and explaining features to me. They were great.
