Was a simple set up for them. Fast and efficient. The delivery window is a little out of control. 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. You have to take the day off.

Delivery and set up were great. He took time to show me the features of my new tv.

The delivery people carried this upstairs, unpacked and made sure it worked with my cable box. They were professional and patient with explaining to me what they were doing.

The technician put on a mask and a gloves, wipe down everything. Then set it up and explained how to work various functions. The next day it quit working and came back on fixed it. It was a really great experience.

The agent who stalled and then fixed my tv was great!! The process to get it delivered and looked at wasn't so good though.

The first installation did not successfully connect the TV with my soynd system. A second technician came out and diagnosed the problem. Since then, it's working perfectly

First they tokkk down our screen, etc prior to the man cave remodel. At that time the agent briefed our contractor on requirements for reinstallation, outlets, etc. The reinstall went smoothly and you really ought to see the man cave! These guys are great.

The agents were very friendly and very helpful. We asked if they could do the wiring through the wall and they did a quick and terrific job with it.

Geek swuatd crew were on time and friendly but seemed to be in a hurry. Thru thpught thry were only there to drop the tv off. I said no, its also for an install. The guy set up the tv and told me the tv id had hooked up a couple days before, all that info pulled up in the memory and all my apps were already programmed and good to go. However that was not the case. I had to set up each app myself after he left, about twelve! He also snatched the plastic off the front of the tv pretty fast and hard before i could tell him no i wanted that to stay on for a while so finger prints wont get on there or just in case i changed my mind and sent the tv back. After they took the other tv that i was returning back to their van,I saw from my balcony they opened the doors and either a new box console or a small tv fell out the back onto the concrete ground. The guy just picked it up and put it back in. I mean if that was my merchandise and i received it cracked or damaged, i dont think geek squad would accept the responsibility for it. I’m just saying.

They were very efficient and helpful - and on time, too!

Salvador was awesome. Went above and beyond to help me get everything setup and showed me some things on the remote.
