The guy who set up my elderly Aunts new tv went above and beyond to assist her. I believe his name was Christian. She was very happy with the whole process.

The Geek squad technicians expertly mounted my 65" LG TV and Bose sound bar with no issues and they were extremely efficient. Highly recommend since a failed DIY attempt could have you saddled with thousands of dollars of high tech junk!

Geek squad technician was very intelligent and was able to answer all questions I have. They completed required installations successfully.

I always use the Geek Squad for TV purchases. I don't have to waste time connecting devices or figuring out where everything is. They put it all together, show me & make sure everything is operational. I've also called the 800 number and received immediate help.

The "Squad" hooked up the Sony 55 tv and explained Everything to us Olde Folks...Impossible Without Them!!!! AAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++ Many Thanks!!!!!!

They connected the TV and all the auxiliary things. They showed me how to operate the remotes. They were very professional in how they did there job They also told me about the other things my warranty covered ie phone, computer.

They connected it and put it together. However, they couldnt be bothered to even put it on center of the tv stand (was about 3 inches to the right) or put the tv stand back in its original position. Tv was about 15 degrees off center. Also the tv base that is part of the TV is adjustable. This is a handy feature for people with a sound bar. They decided to put the base at the lowest possible setting so part of the screen is cut off. I suppose the last part is my fault for not pointing it out. But i feel the bare minimum they could do is center the tv to the stand.

The Geek Squad guys were GREAT! They took care of everything, answered our questions, great at explaining our new tv system and soundbar, left everything very neat/clean, and followed up with a very informative email.

They were very friendly and did a nice job answering any questions we had.

The Geek Squad has always been superlative, friendly knowledgeable crew, updates on arrival, on time, courteous and respectful of your home.

The techs were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They installed the in wall power extension, mount and performed tv connect; all the time checking with me. It was a wonderful example of professionalism.

The delivery and installation of our new Smart TV was completed quickly!! The agent was friendly and efficient! We loved having this service, so we didn't need to worry about doing everything correctly!!!

I may have been able to do this but because I paid for it, I didn't have to think about it and it was all working perfectly when they left. If I had time and a tight budget I may have been willing to do this myself next time, but I didn't want to mess with unforeseen settings and inevitable problems so I was willing to avoid headaches of spending the afternoon working on it.

The agent did a great job of connecting tv and devices. I would have liked a little more tutoring for the remote. He was unable to sync my direct tv remote to control some functions. I would really have liked him to reach out to amazon for the tv code numbers.

Excellent quality image. Especially like the central stand. Easy to locate on appropirate piece of furniture. No need to hang from the wall. Very satisfied with the product.

I'm totally satisfied with my 32 inch Vizio TV. I downloaded Philo streaming service and I have most of the channels I had with Optimum cable TV for a lot less money.

We love Geek Squad! They’re always so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Well worth the price!

The installer was Dominic and he was excellent.He set up everything explained how things worked and answered all of our questions.
