Geek Squad delivered and installed a replacement 75" Sony TV that failed in less than a day. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the TV. They made sure I understood the TV and how to use it before they left.

Agent was very knowledgeable and helpful was not able to complete because there was a problem with Samsung. Mount was complete

didn't have to mount the TV and the connections etc.

The scheduling was an absolute nightmare. Everything was set up and confirmed, took the day off and NO ONE showed up. When we called, they wanted to charge me extra/again for their failure to show. It took multiple times to get it resolved, but when we did get a rep that seemed to know what they were doing, they were very helpful. However, once we actually had someone on-site, they were WONDERFUL! The tech was great!!

Was a great way to have new technology installed for someone who does not understand all the new stuff that is out there and made his living overhauling 80 year old aircraft engines that were designed before computers were invented.

The Geek Squad are awesome! They unboxed the TV, set it up and showed me how to use the remote to access all the features. They were neat, clean, efficient and courteous! Good job guys!!

Professional knowledgeable installation of my High End 65" Sony TV and connection with my receiver and surround sound speaker system.

The tv we were replacing was mounted high on a stand, and I worried that dismounting it wouldn't be included. The service people, however, were awesome. They took it down and mounted the new tv with no problem. The service was worth the money.

Two very personable and technically savvy sharp persons perfectly set up our fabulous new 65" Sony TV. They also integrated our Bose Home Theatre Sound System , so we now have a pectfectlly linked and tuned TV and Sound system to delight our eyes and ears.

Happy to pay a little extra for Geek squad set up! David was quick to unbox and set up tv (we are older and this would have been difficult for us). He very patiently walked us through all the new options on this smart tv. For us, well worth the money!!
