The Geek Squad was great. They arrived on time, connected our new 55" TV, showed us how to work the remote and didn't snicker when their age 70+ clients needed extra instruction.

Two Best Buy representatives delivered a 40" Samsung to replace an antiquated 35" rear projection. They moved the 35" from the bedroom to their truck to haul away. They installed the new TV, provided training, and asked if we had any questions..

Purchased a 65inch LG Oled TV for 2000 dollars watched YT videos of setup and saw tv was somewhat fragile and definitely needed 2 people for a safe setup. Didn't have anybody who was available to help so I purchased a Geek squad connect and setup for $149 figuring if something went wrong it would be on them. After a few emails and phone calls of what would happen on delivery and how to prepare for the 2 people they were sending I thought everything was all good. Well that isn't how it went at all. First of all a contractor came not a Best Buy employee which was ok since it said so in the agreement. Trouble was he was by himself and said no one was coming to help him because they were on another call. So not wanting to have my tv transported again I had to help carry the TV into my house. Then once the tech started unboxing l also had to help with that. He told me he should be ok from here on out. A few minutes later he asks if l could help put the TV on the stand. When we tried to put the TV up it was very unstable. The tech said he didn't know why. Fortunately l had watched all those videos. He obviously had no knowledge of the product and didn't bother to use the instructions because he had failed to attach the front part of the stand.So again I had to help him lay the tv back down. He attached the missing piece and l helped him lift the tv back on the stand. After that he did connect my cable box and gaming consoles. Fortunately the tv works fine even after all the extra handling and the person they sent was very polite and did the best he could. So here's where it gets even better when l looked up the order # l notice they had charged me twice for the setup. So after calling support I was able to get my credit card credited for the untaxed extra charge. However the service l did receive was NOT what I paid $149 for. No customer should have to lift a finger when this fee is charged. I realize these things are harder during a pandemic but DO BETTER BEST BUY if you can't send enough people then deliver only when you can. Also tell those people to use instructions if they aren't familiar with the product they're setting up. To sum it up wait until you can get a buddy to help and save your money.

The agent mounted our TV and connected it to all devices. He was very kind, friendly and professional. He made sure we were satisfied with his work before he left.

The tech that set up the installation of our new Sony TV and soundbar did a great job, answered all our stupid questions, and got the system operating both for cable, and online Netflix, and we understood how to make it all work when he left..

The guys from Geek Squad are fantastic, Very knowledgeable and personable. They walked us through the whole set up, step-by-step and explained every this they did. They were great and the only people I use.

The Geek Squad guys, Mike and Gerald were great. They connected our TV to all things necessary Geek Squad was great!and had it up and running in a flash!

Well worth it. Mr Geek knew exactly what needed to be done and explained operation.

The geed squad installed new computer, made sure connected to wi fi and was working then continued with installing and making work a new printer and synchronizing with computer, then tested all to make sure working

The guys were polite, professional, and helpful with my questions. They hauled away my old Tv and took away the boxes.

The set up at first went fine . Had a problem with original setup. When they came back did not fix problem, and they guy said some from Topeka Best Buy would call next day to come back and fix, but no one called or came back to fix issues, they made issue worse, so will have to hire someone to fix what they messed up

Arrived on time , set the TV up quickly and took the time to instruct me in the proper way to take full advantage of my new TV.

The geek squad came to get the Bose speaker working that I had on my other TV The crew that set up the TV could not get it to work so I had to call the geek squad we are just about to call the geek squad back because we are having trouble turning the TV on along with the sound something is just still not right we have to hit three or four buttons just to turn the TV on and make the sound work with it

The guys knew what they were doing. They were calm, patient, and very helpful with all aspects of the service. They got my tv up and running and insured all the connections were operational.
