He removed my old tv, assembled and installed the new one, and connected my devices. It isn’t rocket science, but it would have taken me much, much longer.

The professional did an excellent job. She was very caring and friendly. Her customer service was awesome. She made sure my needs were met. Will recommend her for any one who wants to mount TV

Few challenges with install, not much. Installer had needed accessories to complete install which impressed me...so no need for double appt.

We had no idea how to set up this new tv, much less set it up for streaming video. The Geek Squad tech guy set everything up and explained how to use the remote to stream videos, etc.. We were pleased and feel it was worth it to purchase this service.

Geek squad set up my 60" Sony TV. They were very friendly and on time. I have to say I'm really dissatisfied with the TV. Poor color, not so good picture. Not sure if the TV is just a bad choice or it could have been set up better. Not sure what to put on recommending to someone due to not liking the TV but liking the friendly service and on time part.

Geek Squad did a super job. Saleman did not tell us that this TV only performed to the maximum extent with internet...not the Spectrum box it is hooked in to.
