The Geek Squad came to set-up mt new TV. They came within the time frame scheduled, were knowledgeable and plesant.

The agent that came out was wonderful, so polite and hooked up the TV exactly where we wanted it. I feel bad I cannot recall his name.

The agents were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was impressed and satisfied with their service.

They removed my TV from the box, hooked it up to all my devices, placed it on my cabinet and turned it on to make sure it was running okay. All other functions were then left up to me to figure out on my own.

A 3rd party contractor 'Installs Inc' performed the work and did a fine job.

A single Geek Squad agent set up our 55" Samsung Qled TV and removed our old TV for recycling, without any assistance. He was quick and answered all of our questions. He was a pleasure to deal with.

The agents were not too familiar with the Astound/Wave Tivo set-up. They claimed a Wave converter box was faulty, but it was not. They were unable to pair the Qave Tivo remote to the soundbar.

The Geek Squad mounted my TV and connected it to all my devices. The service was provided promptly. They were knowledgeable, professional, and respected my property.

The Geek Squad swiftly and professionally set up the Sony Bravia 65” TV in our Penn State Fan Cave. The men were cordial, wanted to know if we had additional questions and their work was superior.
