    The agents setup the TV and attached all the cables and connected to the home wifi. The agents were good and quick, but it was over priced for the 15 to 20 minutes that they were here.

    Guys set up my new 75” Samsung tv . Made sure all settings were good, hooked my receiver surround sound! Works great!!

    I believe the call center was the problem. I left a message twice and it was not relayed to the technician and then the wrong information was relayed. Also the technician had to respond to my house 2x's just to set up my TV and it almost seemed the first time, he was in a big hurry and not really paying attention. I don't think I will be using the Geek Squad again. The first time I used the Geek Squad five years ago was much different, very helpful and knowledgeable. He said to call him anytime with any issues. I was very disappointed this time around

    The 2 men who came to install a new TV mount and connect my tv to it were just terrific. I would recommend them highly

    I assume this pertains to the additional that I paid for setup of my TV. I cannot say enough about the techs that performed this service. They were most efficient, professional, knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this service.

    I am having problems with the TV not coming on with the cable remote control, it was working and it just quit. I went out and bought a universal remote and use both remotes the universal to turn tv on and cable to turn on cable box.

    Fairly dependable technical assistance during connection of BOSE noise cancelling headphones to Samsung Q9 TV while using Samsung 5.1 sound bar. Could not pair headphones and soundbar while wife listened to TV. Finally paired headphones with Dish Hopper allowing simultaneous use of soundbar and headphone with audio from soundbar.

    It was a relatively easy set-up - switching one TV for a larger screen TV - but the agents did a great job. They set up everything perfectly and walked me through everything afterwards.

    Our installer, Michael, worked diligently to make sure the television and sound bar paired perfectly with our voice controlled Xfinity remote. Cannot praise this young man enough. Michael did an excellent job and we are grateful.

    They connected it in minutes. Got my apps working with voice command. Love it. They explained my remote and gave me short cuts. Hauled away my old set. Outstanding service.

    Geek Squad Appointment Review

    It was a busy day for the Geek Squad. The initial set-up for the service was highly professional. When the Geek Squad arrived several hours after the initial window, I felt somewhat rushed, since another call for the Geek Squad occurred before my service was completed. My Harmony remote was not fully programmed correctly. An Ultra 4K cable was not placed with the correct device( my Ultra 4K player). I do have 2 more Geek Squad paid appointments for this upcoming week. I do have a great Best Buy Geek Squad manager that helps me with all of my Best Buy needs. He is James, the head of the Geek Squad at Northridge on Nordhoff. He is the one I can rely on for Best Buy purchases and appointments. He goes out of his way to make sure the customers are satisfied.
