Best in-house repair/technicians I’ve had in a long time. Arrived at the scheduled time, took covid precautions. Worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly and answered all my questions.

The agent was very courteous and safe and we had a nice chat about future purchases and installations. He also was very patient while we decided how high we wanted our tv mounted and the tilt axis.

The agents arrived on time and had all my equipment hooked up to the new TV within 20 minutes. Spent another 20 minutes showing me how to operate it and answer all my questions. I'm a happy customer!

Geek Squad did a great job of mounting my new TV and then connecting the new home theater system. They explained how it all worked and asked for input on the mounting so it was exactly where I wanted it. They were so helpful and did an awesome job.

They were punctual, respectful of my health and home. They carefully removed the old tv and installed the new one in an antique cabinet.

This was my 3rd television to be installed on 8/21/22, as the first 2 TV's did not work. So far the third installation is working well at this time.
