Geek Squad knowledge was extremely helpful in getting the TV hooked up quickly and properly. When spending a fair amount of money on a new TV, the last thing you want is for it not to be connected correctly.

I decided to have best buy install my 65" Sony TV because I live alone & could not lift a large TV. I would have given 5 stars except that the tech was by himself & I had to help him remove my old 95LB 60" TV. He said he could drag it out to his truck but I could not let him possibly hurt his back. We managed OK & all went well.

I always purhcase this with delivery of a TV. When they leave TV and all related equipment are wired together properly and work without issues. Also, wire snake pit is under conrol all wire a neat. Let a wonderful cheat sheet for our convience

David and Thomas made sure that the location of our TV on the wall was where we wanted. They set the TV up and kept the work area cleaned. All of our questions were also answered. Great job guys.

The agents were excellent, particularly Eric. They installed the tv without any drama in spite of the relatively crowded space available.

With all the things new TV could do I felt better having it fully installed and set up instead of trying to figure it all out myself. Only problem was the installer was supposed to show my everything in operation but he was in and out way too fast to really learn what I felt I needed to know.

Agents disconnected and reconnected TV. Many wires.

The agents removed my existing TV and set up the new one efficiently. They also explained how to use all the smart features. They were courteous and helpful.

I was promised that everything would be ready to go. I especially asked about using my apple TV to mirror movies on the TV. The technician was not knowedable enough to do this. He said he didn't have time to call apple. . I was told by BESYBUY when I complained that software was not included in what I paid for; yet the description of this service in this survey says it is. The tech was polite and tried but had to leave before this was accomplished to get to another job. He had not been scheduled enough time to figure it out. I had to call apple and spend much time walking me through it.Overall I have found Geek squad lacking in knowledge of apple products. They also charged me for installation of the sound bar . The lips do not match the sound now and there are no instructions on how to fix this.The one apple TV goes on and off by itself and we have no instructions on how to fix this. This means more time for me with apple on the phone.
