The geek squad agent was here on time and set up my new TV very quickly. He was in and out in about 15 minutes and there were no problems. Very satisfied.

I was very impressed with how thorough the guys were. Measuring and re-measuring, checking the level and making sure my tv would be well placed for watching ... Yet out of the way to avoid hazards. Great teamwork between the two. Not a single wasted move. Your installers are very valuable members of your team. They represented you well with their speed, knowledge and professionalism. They also listened and taught me only what I needed to know ... Not wasting time on all the fancy extras that I don't care about. Well done!

They were fantastic. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Set up all components and tested. Found a glitch on screen display and ordered a replacement immediately.

Dorian from Mas Tec installation was absolutely excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable, this lone installer was so well organized both for hardware and software that it took him less than 45 minutes to replace my old 2012 LED Samsung (inside my armoire) with this great new 48" Samsung OLED. What a great experience. I certainly recommend Best Buy keep Dorian & Mas Tec in their back pocket for all future installs that the Geek Squad can't get to.

The 2 techs that installed and set up the TV and soundbar were very polite, knew what they were doing, explained how to control the TV and soundbar. Excellent work.

After spending the time necessary to simplify the sound system that was a mess, Hans walked us through the operation with our new remote, new tv and new DVD player. His answers to our questions were clear, and he made sure we had contact information for future questions. Simply outstanding. Exceeded our expectations in every possible way. Bravo!!!!

I can't say enough about Geek Squad! The agent took his time with us. He setup our TV and hooked up our new Roku and our speakers. He had parts in his work van that we could purchase if we needed anything like cables and even an amplifier if we needed one. That was really nice because if our old amp didn't work we would've had to reschedule our hookup if not for the agent having these things in his work van. This guy came prepared. He had a universal remote in his work van that we purchased. He setup for us and took his time showing us how to use all the special features. It was very helpful!

The technician did an Excellent job! He made certain everything was working and I appreciated him helping me move my old TV to another room. EXCELLENT service.

Came on time for appointment. Super knowledgeable, professional, did not leave a mess. Could ask questions and get answers and reccomendations that were right on point that I could understand. GREAT!

The Geek Squad installers were excellent! They set our tv up and showed us how to operate it!! They were very knowledgeable and helpful!

The installation included installing a wall mount for the TV. Make sure you specify this in the initial installation instructions. The setup included wiring old speakers and integrating old equipment with the new. And one remote control works for everything. The agents were even able to adjust the console housing the electronics to fit everything in. Above and beyond expectations

75' unit delivered, unboxed, and connected to Directv Genie II, Roku, DVD player and VHS player in less than an hour. Also instructed on operation of unit.

If you want your TV, Blue Ray and any other devices professionally installed, set up and a quick primer on how to use, then this offer from Best Buy is definitely worth it.

The agent connected Tv and it worked for a dsy or so then didn't work right. On ph with 4 or so Best Buy & Geek Squad-- sent to Samsung tech 1 time. Finally Geek Squad reconnected not with cable but with HDMI2. Tv never turns on same way & is frustrating to use. Picture is good, sound quality is ok. Like Samsung TV - 3 one.

I am pleased with my purchase. The picture quality is great, and it was installed very well by Steven Kimak. I would recommend this Samsung TV.

Tv Connect by Geek Squad was excellent, the installer was very knowledgeable and set up all necessary passwords and setting on my new TV.
