The Samsung 82" tv is a monster and there was no way I was about to try put it on the wall and mount it so make sure you consider applying for total tech support will not go wrong believe me. Awsome service.

Excellent customer service! I am usually minimally satisfied with installers, but this tech far exceeded my expectations. She quickly set up my new tv, walked me through it's features, and left with my old tv and all of the new tv packaging.

The provider mounted the mounting bracket on the wall and then installed the tv. They then connected the other items and set everything up. Took them about an hour and they did a great job.

Geek squad is the way to go if you're not savy like me for modern technology in all areas. Will answer all your questions and stay with you until problem is solved. Love them.

I had a non Bluetooth Smart TV. I was advised what components to order, received them and called GS and villa, stereo HPs hooked up in less than an hr. They are a bit expensive but I prefer safe than sorry. That are the Best, at Best Buy! Smart group.

Our tech was friendly nice and knew his stuff. Installed the TV, set up our remotes, basic screen set up and then answered all our questions as well as giving us some tips, advice and assurance we could call in with questions.

The Geek Squad did a great job installing my LG OLED 55" CX1 and walking us through the set up to make it as seamless as possible. The calibrations were perfect for our use.
