He went right to work , answered every question and explained what he was doing at each step. He removed all trash and stayed as long as necessary to make sure everything was working perfectly.

Geek Squad!

Scheduled set-up for my parents

Appointment set up and Geek Sqaud was on time, professional and set up performed quickly, setting up remote, teaching basic use and explaining features very well.

Chad and David were efficient in the setup and explanation of the controls for our new Samsung mu8000.
