Initial install and set-up was not accomplished to my satisfaction. I have Netflix and Pandora Radio and the operation instructions offered by the tech who installed our set and sound bar did not provide a comprehensive briefing on how to initialize and use these function. Several call and one home visit from Geek Squad Techs helped a great deal.

Ricki, the geek squad member, was rude and irritable from the moment I opened the door to invite him and his colleague to deliver and install my tv. He spoke rudely, glared at me on several occasions and displayed passive aggressive behavior and an attitude. His demeanor and attitude unsettled and confused me. I did not expect this kind of treatment in my own home. I kept cool and composed throughout this ordeal to focus on the installation. When I asked him technical questions and to find out how to adjust some advanced tv features in Sony Bravia 9 85 inch tv, his standard response was “Don’t worry about it”. I was shocked to get that response repeatedly from him. He did not help me with any of the technical features and didn’t answer a single technical question about the product. What I was promised and what actually happened on that day were polar opposites. I was bitter and angry for several days afterwards for the way I was treated by this guy. The other geek squad member was respectable and knowledgeable and professional in his approach.

Their guys did a fantastic job with our tv set up! In and out in less than 15 minutes and everything worked properly!

The best in the business, careful to make sure your installation is accomplished the right way without any delays or issues. They are personable and eager to explain how to operate the televisions, in other words, no question is a dumb question.

The guys were very efficient & quickly installed & set up the TV, & provided good info on how to use remotes. Only issue was that I wasn’t called the day before to narrow the arrival window. Seems like it was probably the scheduler’s mistake.

What a team and so professional. Next time I think of doing my own install, remind me to call Best Buy!

Very helpful with placement and setting up new television in home. Only one problem in set-up was that they were not able to connect it to my cable tv remote control. Called my service and they were also unable to help with me to connect my new tv to my remote control.
