I could have done this myself, but the technician was already here to install wire mesh system so he installed it. He was great. Only thing I wishes I knew is if I had purchases a wall mount he would have installed that too.

Everything works great except there are sometimes issues turning the TV on. Color is fabulous and black anf white are perfect.

The two members were very friendly, courteous. They successfully set up the TV and connected it to WIFI. However, they failed to connect the audio out to my stereo, even though I provided the (Digital to analog-) adapter. They also did not attempt to connect the VCR with the TV.

Agents were knowledgeable and efficient. Very careful and helpful.

Jared, the installer, took time to make sure the TV, soundbar, and remote-control units were user "friendly" for ease of use by the purchaser.

The Geek Squad could not connect the universal control that I purchased at Best Buy. I returned the control and received a credit for the hookup.

The agents moved my old TV and installed my new TV in record time. Both agents were extremely courteous, on time, and helpful in showing me how to use the new item. they gave me suggestions for future ideas and devises.

The agent did an excellent job of installing and setting up the tv. She answered all questions and gave information to help my daughter operate all aspects of the smart tv.

The agents set up my tv andall components. They were fast, efficient and answered a gazillion questions. Fantastic customer service and I am very happy with it.

The Geek team installed & set up TV quickly and gave me a few tips to find 4K viewing. He suggested starting/ending viewing on Spectrum remote but not why. He did not show how to "Stop" movies or DVR recordings (neither the Samsung or Spectrum remotes had a "stop" button, just a pause or play), Worse he did not connect TV or cable correctly to the expensive surge protector which is supposed to neutralize variations in electrical & cable input. A Geek follow up visit corrected these & resolved some other concerns.

Mounted TV and connected. After tech's left, I realized that TV wasn't centered on wall and techs had slid TV to one side of bracket possibly trying to correct problem. Almost a foot off center. Contacted Best Buy and tech was sent to evaluate issues. Original install tech returned and remounted correctly.

Agents gave a heads-up before arrival. Polite, professional and very helpful.

The agents replaced my I- phone battery. They were on time and very informative. Making an appointment worked out perfectly. I am very happy with the Geek Squad.
