Because of the newer tv was unable to connect Wii and would need to get some kind of converter

The agent was excellent and very helpful and professional in showing me how to operate my TVs and all devices. He was extremely courteous and patient.

Geek Squad hook everything right. They hook up tv , my sound bar and dvd player set up where I want it at same with my tv and dvd player in the family room.

The team that came to my home to install my tv and sound bar did a very good job. They were efficient in making these installations. The two men made a good team. I was very happy with them.

The Geek Squad arrived as promised and installed the new TV. They also set up another TV that I hadn't used in a while and did the software updates on it.

TV works. Asked him to connect a new just-out-of-the-box Samsung DVD player and he said he couldn't get it to work so he unplugged the DVD player. The DVD player was bought 3 years before the installation, but it was safely stored in the original box and was unopened until the installation. Not sure he knew how to troubleshoot. Either I bought a defective Samsung DVD player from Best Buy, or the installer didn't know enough about DVD player hookups.

Geek Squad was excellent. They explained everything about the installation and how to use the remote.

Rob from the "Geek Squad" delivered and setup my Samsung 49" UHD TV. He worked efficiently and was patient as he explained the features and remote for this TV. He welcomed any question I had and answered them clearly.

The agent was very polite and answered all my questions. I’m technically challenged, and after he got everything set up he showed me how to use all my new equipment. I haven’t had any issues or questions.
