The technicians who came out were wonderful, we actually had 3 appointments. First one was just the delivery as Best Buy online didn't specifically ask us about mounting before setting up the appointment, even though mounting was included in the Totaltech purchase. Second, this was our fault we didn't buy the correct mount. Third times a charm and they mounted the TV in record time.

I was very impressed with the level of skill, knowledge, and professionalism demonstrated by the guy who delivered & set up the TV. When I get another TV, I will want to use Geek again.

Bobby Rodriguez and his teammate did a great job installing my new TV. They hooked it up and made sure I knew how to operate it. When he asked me if they could help with anything else, I asked him to hook up the old TV in another room. They were happy to do it and, as it turns out, I would not have been able to do it myself because I did not have the correct cable to connect it to my DirecTv. Thank you so much!

Loved the set-up Geek Squad Service! Brett Bradford and his team were excellent. They told us our best options for our set up and were well prepared. They installed the tv quickly, and neatly. After hooking up the cable and putting in the apps for me, they were very patient and helped me to understand how to use the tv, remotes and apps. They were all patient, well informed and professional. So good to meet great people.

We opted for Geek Squad service over sub-contracted installers and are so glad we did! Our “Geek”, Mike Green, was so friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about our new TV and how to hook everything up! He was so careful getting the 65-inch TV out of the packing! He set up our cable system, the remotes, and the separate sound system and took his time explaining things so we understood (we are old, lol!). I will always use Geek Squad from now on!

Service tech was OUTSTANDING! Sadly, I can't remember his name, but I think it was Jesse. He was professional, efficient, and had great patience teaching these seniors how to use their new TV. The crew of three arrived to install my tv. I was immediately informed the cost of $199.00 only included delivery from store to house and taking it out of the box and setting it on a dresser. That is certainly not what was discussed at the time of purchase. I need the tv to be installed on the wall same as existing tv. The arrangement was to take old tv down and install the new one. I had to pay additional money which I disagree.

Technician was professional, pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up everything afterwards and discarded, leaving me nothing to do other than turn on TV. Process was smooth and he had TV plus all auxiliary devices hooked up in a jiffy. I've tried multiple times to upload a picture but was unsuccessful!

Best Buy geeks brought my new TV, hooked it up at everything I use with a TV set...and it rocks. NO mistakes from their end. Nothing but fun from mine. Actually, I'm so happy and confident after this process, I'm already planning on the next upgrade from LG. Should be a tad under a year from now; but, I know BBY folks will resolve any questions I have.

The Geek Squad agent hooked up my LG tv and made sure it was working correctly also connected my computer to work with the TV.

Excellent Geek Squad. My husband and I were very pleased with the installation and guidance given during set-up. I knew everything was done correctly, and they explained and guided set up of the apps and the appropriate connections were made. Job well done!

The technician unboxed and hooked everything up, and also gave me some instruction on using the remote. He was knowledgeable, personable and professional. I was very glad I used the Geek Squad rather than to figure it out myself.
