Geek Squad Agent named Marc from the Vero Beach Best Buy Store quickly and professionally connected my TV to my video components, plus Programmed my New Logitech TV Remote Control, to work with my 6 other Home Theater Components!

Super service.it is a great help for people who are "technically challenged". We could have never put all those pieces together. It is a shame he could have not stayed longer to help us learn how to use all our new stuff.

Great set up of a small 43 inch smart tv in bedroom.

The two Geek squad employees arrived on time and efficiently replaced my old TV and instructed me all about my new "smart" Samsung TV. They answered all my questions and didn't seem at all impatient. A very pleasant experience.

Friendly and efficient tech person who was helpful to Mr tech bypass at birth!

No mounting was performed. Tech connected Sony Bravia TV with Bose sound bar and sub woofer. Locating Bose Sound Bar 700 in front of the base of the TV partially blocks the remote control transmission, but I can live with this.

The Geek Squad employee was great. He hooked up our new TV, and patiently explained the new features, including how to stream from the laptop. We couldn't be happier with Geek Squad!

Yup! Best Buy does a good job with the Geek Squad. The man that installed, Chad, is exceptional. Years, upon years with Best Buy and worth every penny!

Jason was outstanding with my install and he answered all of my questions along with walking me through the tv making sure i was familiar with the remote and just making sure it was working properly. Super install.

The agent unpacked and set up new TV and gave full instructions on operation and remote. He also downloaded and set up internet apps and help with log in. Knowledgeable and efficient personnel.

The guys moved a tv to another room for us & set it up for us there. Then they set up the new TV in the family room. They also removed an old television for us! They were friendly and very accommodating.

My installer did a great job installing the TV and setting it up. The interfaces were labeled. And, he showed my how to use the set. The problem was he secured the cables so tightly I couldn't make any changes or cut them off. So, Geek Squad had to come out to remove them. Not a big deal in the larger scheme of things. At least I didn't have to lift a 65" TV.

The agents did a fantastic job installing my new TV. They were very professional & assisted me any way they could to make it a great experience.
