The television was a large, smart screen with internet capabilities. The hooked up all the components including access to our wifi. Then they spent time explaining how everything worked and encouraged any concerns or questions I might have.

The agent installed TV using more appropriate cable than was purchased in the store. He answered our questions in a very knowledgeable manner.

Pierce did an excellent job to make sure the tv was mounted properly to my entertainment centers vesa mount securely and centered the tv and unit perfectly.

The agents mounted my home theater projector perfectly. It works great and was completed in approximately 30 minutes. Picture is great and fits perfectly to my screen.
