Josh installed my TV and set up my streaming box. He was very professional,knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I felt a little guilty having a 3 man Geek Squad crew deliver the television and hook up the OTA antenna. Very clean and smooth operation.

In days of old, we'd get a new TV, plug it in and hook up the antenna. This hookup required lots of wires and several settings. It would have been difficult for us to figure out. That's why we were happy to let the Geek Squad do it.

So the Geek Squad arrived on schedule. It was miserable and raining. They had booties to keep the carpeting clean. Once installed, they thoroughly explained how it all works. Well worth the purchase.

I am extremely pleased with my TV installations by the Geek Squad - incredibly helpful & patient - i would highly recommend using this service if you are not proficient with AV hookups for tech equipment.
