I called amanager who basically said have to wait for Best Buy gets one in. No offer to expedite, offer a credit. I may not shop Best Buy again

We have had to have someone come back out once, but it was a minor thing that we should have known, the tech was wonderful and didn't make us feel stupid.

TV setup worth it

He spent nearly over an hour setting it up. Then he spent almost another hour explaining how to use our new 4K TV. We definitely feel it was money well spent.
