I have an appointment with Geek Squad this week to connect my VCR/DVD to my new TV. The first installer was a 3rd party and could not make the connection. Geek Squad is coming next and they were easy work with.

Even though ATT said out TV was broken, so we bought one; however, the set up team reset our old TV and said we did not need to keep the one we just purchased. This is customer service at the highest level ever.

I was extremely happy with the 2 men who delivered and set up our new TV and sound bar. They were thorough and professional. They made sure everything was working and that we knew how to use our new equipment.

The setup itself was fine— once the items were finally available. The planning and scheduling were horrible. The package was purchased on March 1st and the earliest date for the installation was March 12th. We rearranged our personal schedule to be available but on the morning of March 12 we received a phone call telling us that the stand was not in but would be available on the following day. We rearranged our schedule again for March 13 but when the contractor (UNIQ) arrived with the TV he did not have the stand and we agreed he could not continue. I immediately went to the Bridgewater store (for some inexplicable reason the items were dispatched from the East Brunswick store) to express my frustration and disappointment and the rep went to the back of the store and came back with the stand!!! The installation had to be rescheduled once again — this time for March 15th— and again we rearranged our schedule. The installation itself was completed on March 15 th within 30 minutes. The Geek Squad rep was terrific. The back office scheduling system and the communication between the various groups seems to be extremely poor.

The gentleman who set up our new TV was courteous, efficient and helpful. He instructed us in the use of the new Samsung remote which we could never have figured out on our own.

The agents set up my TV and insured that it was connected to my WIFI quick and courteously.
