Tony and assistant did a great job setting up my new TV and audio system- efficiently and very neatly bundling all the cords. Also, answered all my questions knowledgeably. Took time to explain how everything worked. Would definitely recommend this service.

The Geek Squad delivered, unpacked, and hooked up my TV with great care and professionalism. They patiently answered my questions and explained how to use the remote control.

The agents were very careful with unpacking my new tv and setting it up, after which I received a brief overview on how to operate it. I was also encouraged to contact Aaron Hyatt if I had any questions. Fortunately, I haven't had to bother him yet.

Professional all the way across the board. Setting up a TV is not necessarily a difficult task. But when you purchase a large expensive TV you do not want to take the chance that you did something wrong and it does not work after you set it up. With Geek Squad set up if it is not working when they are done they will take care of it right away. Quick, clean, and professional. They called when they were in transit with an estimated arrival time and they were early.

I would highly recommend my TV installer. He did a great job hanging my TV on the wall and all wires are hidden. The installation was the only good part of this TV buying process. The best buy store did not give the necessary parts needed, to my installation guy. He had to leave without installing my TV because of not having the parts. I had to wait 7 more days before I could get the TV installed

We bought a Samsung QLED 65" and we wanted the agents to help us set it up. The service was great. They worked fast and they cleaned the messy to make sure there's no unused papers, cardboard, styrofoam, etc. They set up the tv as we wanted. They were also polite and patiently explained to us how the tv worked. We were happy the tv was ready to use. My husband and I are not handy persons. Hiring the Geek squad was the best option for us. We knew we had to spend money on their service but as long as the service met our expectations we didn't mind it.

Cody Stanley and the other guy that came with him were very respectful, nice and friendly. Even though we had already connected the soundbar they both answered all of our questions and were both very patient. About a week later we had another question and did what Cody recommended and he even called us back later to see if all was working well. The second attempt to deliver and set up our new tv was great. The representatives were professional and efficient. The first attempt was disappointing because, through no fault of their own, they were given an out-of-box tv to deliver and set up rather than a brand new one which we had purchased. The rep quickly identified the issue when he opened the box the first time and informed us -- including several options.

I was able to take advantage of the holiday pricing for this service. I am glad that I did. I didn't have this service when my first tv arrived damaged. I made sure to get it when I ordered the replacement. It may not like you don't need it, but think about 'white glove' treatment. The peace of mind was worth it. Plus, it was part of the overall plan with additional benefits.

My Geek Squad Agent was an extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable person!!! Since my technological skills are limited and I have severe arthritis, I greatly appreciated all his help. He answered my questions and resolved all my issues. The Best Buy Geek Squad Team is very lucky to have him representing them.

Geek Squad has always been such a good experience for me. They are knowledgeable and helpful. The technician set up my tv and laptop and showed me how to increase my speed on an old computer by using ethernet cable. He was helpful with Roku also. I always get more than just basic service with Geek Squad.

The set up person did a wonderful job. This was a swap out deal where the original TV (Toshiba 55L621U) was not the right TV for my 85 year old mother who lives in assisted living in Spring Lake MI and I purchased the original set in Lansing and brought it up to her and set it up for her. She was not happy with the volume or having to re-select the input every time she turned the set on. I worked out the swap at the Lansing store and the Muskegon store picked up the Toshiba and set up the Insignia 55DR710NA17 for her. She was very happy with service provided. I am also very happy with the service since it saved me a 300 mile round trip to swap out the TVs.

We bought a 55" Samsung Q60A Series QLED 4K TV. I had some issues getting everything wired to work correctly, including my aging but still great-sounding Yamaha sound system (purchased from Best Buy in 2004). I grudgingly payed for Geek Squad assistance. I found that their assistance made my life much easier and was well worth the fee. The squad member quickly figured out a bypass to make the sound system work easily for the cable, DVD, and Fire Stick.
