The agents set up my TV and insured that it was connected to my WIFI quick and courteously.

The gentleman who set up our new TV was courteous, efficient and helpful. He instructed us in the use of the new Samsung remote which we could never have figured out on our own.

This review is about the GS reassembling my entertainment system after a move to a new house. The service was excellent. The techs went about their work quickly and efficiently. They answered all my questions without an attitude.

failed to get lit high enough on the wall it interferes with the remote have to hold the remote above my head to operate spoke with a manager monday the firts anhd he said he would get them out here to correct it but have not hjeard from hiom today 3/4/21

The Geek Squad was very professional and pleasant. They had just left and I discovered one of the remote controls wasn't working right. I call them and they turned around and came back to fix it.

Fantastic Roger and Brandon did a great job on setting up the LG TV and showed me all the features that the TV can do and how to rename the HDMI ports as well.
