    The two Geek Squad staff who delivered and set up my TV, were wonderful. Very pleasant, personable, patient and knowledgeable. Explained the set up and the features on the Smart TV making sure I understood what to do.

    Two wonderful Men delivered and installed our new 75" Sony Tv. They took the time to installed it and took the time to shows us how it ran, along with the remote. Very friendly and helpful. Worth every penny!

    Sony XBR-X900F 85” set was a high risk install with anything but the Geeks. I certainly would have dropped it or at least banged it. No brainer! Get Total Tech Support! This service is only $49 with it. What a deal!

    Nice to have person hook up and install products to TV. Tech need to let consumer do more hands on to how to operate the remote control. Did not know how much time tech could really spend on all the setup
