The team was first class. They installed the TV, connected all devices, and showed my wife how to operate everything. The was great since I wasn't home at the time.

The geek squad team that came out was very professional, and I loved that I didnt have to do anything. I actually went and baked some cookies while they were working. They showed me how to use my cable too! Very excellent service.

Agent did a great job installing our TV. Was not only very competent but very personable.

I had a unique situation when hooking up my television, I needed a high definition cable that was at least 22 feet long and this was the only product that I could find that was long enough, it was 24 feet long and did the trick.

TV is nice but most important is Justin from the Geek Squad... He installed our new set and was extremely patient and kind. I’m very happy we took the warranty plan. Justin Anthony is a real asset to the squad!!

Geek squad members was friendly and very professional and efficient. We tried to set it up on our own but we were not tech savvy enough. Geek squad save us.

The tech did a great job of getting my new Smart TV connected and working well. Went above and beyond by returning to make the final connection for my VCR -- cable had to be ordered. Once done, everything has operated perfectly!

The agent went over some things with us. We had gotten our tv set up before he came, but wanted to be sure we had done things right. He was very nice and polite.

The agents called when they were on their way and had the tv up and running in no time. They showed me how to program the tv and its other functions and made sure i understood before they headed out.

Very nice picture quality - it is the perfect size to fit into our old and nice entertainment cabinet that we've had for 30 years! Just fits - 43" is perfect. This is a very nice TV, that anyone would enjoy!

They did a wonderful job when they lived and took care of it with care.

We would not have been able to set it up and get to work ourselves. Even they had a hard time figuring out how to connect everything and to get all the gadgets connected properly.

Best Buy provides high level technical support and customer service during the installation of their products.

1st tech did not explain TV to parents, said head phones were not compatible, and he had 2 more appointments , so he couldn't give them the time they needed!!! 2nd Tech made everything right!!
