The agent installed and made sure everything was running correctly.

This time the replacement TV was set up much better, explained to us much better and fixed the volume and explained other things to us about sound bars and Apple TV.

VERY FRIENDLY AND WAS VERY GOOD AT HIS TASK TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING ,COULDN'T ASK FOR MORE .

The agent unpacked the new TV and set it up with connects to all the other devices including a new sound bar. He was right on time and followed ALL Covid precautions.

The tech person obviously knew what he was doing but seemed as though he was running short on time. He was not patient with my internet speed. For those of us that are not tech savvy, patience is greatly appreciated.

The guys who installed and set up our new 55" SONY TV were polite, efficient and made sure all our questions were answered before they left. They also helped us sign up for the Best Buy protection plan. Nice experience.

due to late delivery not enough time to fully explain tv. they will be back in 2 weeks to do a more thorough job. surge protector not installed

When we set up the TV we could not get the screen filling out the full screen. It was cut off and we could not figure out how to fix.

Too many requests for a review. I already reviewed several times and no acknowledgement of my suggestions. The Sony is excellent as were the geek staff.

Two Squad members were able to hang my TV, hook up the Soundbar and get us all connected in a short amount of time. Explained as they went along and made sure we were up and running before they left.

I always get a replacement plan. It's worth every penny.

The Geek Squad installed my TV and connected all my device.

My new product was setup incorrectly. Three men and not one could figure out the problem. My sound system did not immediately sync with my new television. All of my components were up to date including the HDMI cord. After the in person “setup” left I contacted Geek Squad on the phone and the rep resolved my issue in seconds. There is a specific HDMI port that must be used and it was a simple connection. I’m glad I didn’t pay for this service with the new system.

two (2) Geek Squad techs came out to hook up antenna to TV (getting rid of satellite service) as well as double check all other connections ... record player, reel-to-reel player, tuner, and Blue Ray box.

The Agent was wonderful. He explained the settings and demonstrated the 4K for us. He was professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend the Geek Squad to everyone!
