Geek squad installed our new 65” TV, sound system quickly and efficiently. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They demonstrated usage and answered our questions. Very enjoyable experience.

The two guys came in, they were polite, friendly, answered any questions and mounted the tv and sound bar in no time. Can't say enough about the Geek Squad--terrific service!

Screen was broken when taken out of the box. The Geek Squad guys went with me back to store to get another TV (better size), then back to my house to set up and connect. I was very grateful for their expertise.

Got a new 75" TV..sound bar and blu-ray. Had Roku and DirecTV...techs made sure all worked and synced together. So easy for them...we'd still be reading instructions. Total tech is TOTALLY worth it!

I bought a NEW tv finally,and now you expect me to set it all up?? I think these people are much more qualified and well trained. She did a great job of setting everything correctly, testing the installation etc.

The agent set up the tv and connected it to my current service provider. The explained all features and settings.

Geek Squad did a great job. There were a few issues that they came over with ease

The Geek squad was terrific. Two men came and got the TV installed before my husband got home. They pulled it out on the mount and positioned it so he can watch from his chair. It is too high for me to move easily.

I forgot his name but the technician was very helpful and courteous

The 2 Geek Squad service men were beyond excellent. Very patient,courtiest did not leave until they were sure my TV set up was perfect. Cannot thank them enough !
