Great service. Part of which was moving 2 TV;s into different rooms as well as installing a new Samsung Q80 in the living room. Very pleased with the support.

I could not have asked for better techs. to come and install my HMDI cables in the wall and hook up my surround sound system. They also updated my wires for the system. If there was higher score to give them I would.

The service rep was very knowledgeable and walked me through setup. Cleaned up and hauled of trash(boxes) from equipment. Called him the next day about a question and direction on tv usage. Helped clear up problems quickly

He installed and connected my Vizio 32" HD TV, because I had no knowledge of installation. He did a great job and took only 10 minutes. I was satisfied :) Thank You.

So many cords to connect - it was all very confusing. I had to call the pros for help. They did an awesome job! They even setup a universal remote that works on all of my devices. I'd definitely recommend them to my friends.

This was worth it. They are very efficient and those tvs are so thin and fragile, I was worried I would have damaged the screen if I tried this on my own.

Jacob wasted no time removing the packaging and installing 55" TV where I wanted. He set up HULU, NETFLIX and AMAZON after setting up Wi-Fi and even helped me with all connected devices so my home theater was perfect.
