The tech set up my TV, did a great job. He was very patient with me and explained everything thoroughly.

The guys set up the tv and sound bar, explained everything and how it works...then took the old tv and set it up downstairs for me. They even had a bracket with them to put up the old tv on the wall.

The agent connected to TV and wireless ear phones. He solved the problem of simultaneously playing the TV speakers and ear phones which was not easy.

A nice gentleman named Michael came out to our house. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our projector mounting situation. He wired everything up, got us all hooked up and now we are enjoying movies like Star Wars and Avatar on our 134" screen. Highly recommend! Can't wait for football!
