I could not have installed this TV by myself because it's bulky and I don't know what I'm doing. Turns out the TV that it replaced had too many connections by me. The guys took away the packaging.

2 Geek squad employees came and set up my tv in no time. Within 30 mins my tv was set up and connected to my internet, cable, and surround sound. These guys were great! Were able to explain all the features to my new tv.

Agent connected my tv and explained all the features in detail. Was very patient and answered all my questions. Great experience. Would definitely use Greek Squad again.

The agents made the proper connecton from my TV to the cable box, programmed our existing remote for simplification of use and showed us how to operate the system.

The salesperson was to add several notes on what supposed to be done. He didn’t but the technician was kind enough to do them.

They were at my house when they said they would be, and connected the TV and components quickly. Also, they were respectful by wearing masks.

It took 3 visits by the Geek Squad to resolve the problem. But the last person was a specialist in this type of instillation and resolved the problem quickly.

Agent was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions.

First off, it was not the Geek Squad that delivered and set up the new 55' Samsung TV. It was an outside contracted delivery service working for Best Buy. These are not Best Buy employees as you are lead to believe. I must have been contacted through phone and text at least five times in the 24 hours prior by the delivery company to verify who I was, the time and date of delivery. A bit of overkill. Then, they still show up 30 minutes past the end of the delivery window. The lead installer seemed rushed and a bit agitated. The set was unboxed and installed OK. However, the initial turn on process and explanation of operation was quite rushed. I bet the installer spent more time letting me know how to review his service with his company than he did on the operation of the new TV.

THEY SET UP MY NEW TELEVISION........SOUNDBAR AND "BLUE-RAY" PLAYER. I WOULD HAVE BEEN LOST. I AM NOT ALL THAT "TECHY".......SO GETTING IT SETUP PROPERLY TO BEGIN WITH WAS WORTH THE MONEY!

This TV is wonderful. It is so much easier on the eyes than my smaller one. When they have words on the screen I don’t have to get closer to read them.

The Geek Squad home delivery and setup service was outstanding. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful; answered multiple questions and patiently repeated instructions for a slow learner :-)

actually the setup was totally simple--unpack and plug in! A friend and I could have done it all or at least did not n eed more than delivery! Therefore, totally over expensive!
